I find joy in propelling a brand forward through strengthening interaction and communication.

Each year, AZTO and I worked closely together when choosing a hero student. Brand protocol required that we find a child within the right age range, wearing appropriate dress, with a positive demeanor and inclusivity of cultural differences and gender. If such a child did not exist, we created one by editing multiple photos together: a smile here, a collared shirt there, removing baseball caps, backgrounds, etc.

After the hero student for the year was chosen, we began creating all the educational materials needed to collect donations for another year.

Variable data led the way for mailing requests letters and receipts. Eventually, I was able to upgrade the letters into a visually stimulating mailer targeting and featuring chosen schools. The new pieces spoke to the target audience, lowered costs and the company gained momentum in improving in other areas as well.
